Regular stretching helps the body to ensure the muscles on each side of a joint maintain an equal degree of pull so that the joint is able to move freely and efficiently in all directions, allowing for optimal movement and less stress on the body.

Certified in Shiatzu, reflexology, basic chiropractic, osteopathy, reiki / chakra, Thai massage. Been practicing active isolated stretching the past 6 years in Hong Kong.

Passionate about sports, an award winning gymnast at the national level in his youth. Over 25 years in the sports fitness / wellness and rehabilitation industry in Hong Kong. For the past 15 years, he has been providing personal training, sports stretch massage and anti-gravity yoga at the Aberdeen Marina Club.

OUR SERVICES
Since October 2020, we have brought physiotherapy services to weStretch. Physiotherapy helps repair damage, reduce stiffness and pain, increase mobility and improve quality of life, aligning with weStretch's objective of "Extending Rangevity".
WE CARE - weStretch is a supporter of the Hong Kong Cancer Fund. We recognise that the healthier and stronger you are, the more robust your immune system will be and the less vulnerable you are when it comes to diseases. Obesity is not only a sign of an unhealthy lifestyle, it is a contributing factor to cancer among other chronic health issues. With a healthy diet and regular exercise, you are less at risk from cancer throughout your life. For each stretching session we complete for our clients, we will donate HK$8 to Hong Kong Cancer Fund in support of its free cancer care services.
